You are responsible for all shipping costs to send the item back. Ensure proper packaging. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
The technical team will inspect the item. If the defect is confirmed and no misuse is visible, one of the following will apply:Replacement — sent to you at no extra cost, if available. Refund — initiated via your original payment method once replacement is unavailable.
Parts labeled “non-returnable” are excluded from refund eligibility. Some items qualify only for replacement (no refund), as clearly stated in the product description.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after defect confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
