Sparestream Warranty Terms and Conditions

Sparestream provides a warranty on eligible products to ensure our customers' satisfaction. Please review the terms and conditions below to understand the warranty coverage and process:

1. Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage for all products purchased from Sparestream is specified on the respective product details page under the "Warranty" section. The warranty duration, if applicable, is also mentioned in the coverage details. In the event a warranty applies, the warranty period begins from the date and time of delivery of the first shipment of the product, or five (5) days from the date and time of the first shipment of the product, whichever occurs first.

2. Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover any damage or loss caused by postal or shipping services (courier company). It is strongly recommended that the customer verifies the condition of the package upon receipt in the presence of a postal or shipping representative. Do not accept the shipment if the package is visibly damaged or appears to have been opened prior to delivery.

3. Return Conditions

To preserve warranty coverage, all defective items must be returned in their original condition, as if they were new and fully functional. Failure to comply with this return condition may void the warranty. Sparestream is not responsible for any goods damaged during shipment or for any misuse/abuse of the product by the customer or the carrier.

4. Warranty Seal Integrity

Any product returned with a broken or tampered warranty seal will automatically void the warranty. The product will no longer be eligible for repair, replacement, or any further service under the warranty. If a product contains multiple warranty seals, each and every seal must remain intact and unaltered. Any tampering or damage to any of the seals will result in the immediate voiding of the warranty.

5. Compatibility

Before purchasing any product, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the product is compatible with their specific device and requirements. Sparestream will not accept returns or provide refunds for items that are incompatible with the customer’s mobile phone or other intended use.

6. Specific Product Exclusions

The following items are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • In-Screen Fingerprint Sensor, Proximity Sensor, and Other In-Built Sensors: These components may not function properly on compatible combo display folders.
  • Battery Capacity (mAh): The battery capacity may differ from the original as it varies between suppliers.
  • Flex, PCB, and Modules: These components are not pre-installed and must be configured accordingly.
  • Full Housings or Bodies: These do not include middle and side keys.
7. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning products for warranty repair or replacement. Sparestream will not cover any return shipping charges. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for our technician team to assess and process your returned items.

8. Product Collection and Storage

Any product sent to Sparestream for replacement, repair, or any other purpose must be collected by the customer within fourteen (14) days of its arrival. After this period, Sparestream reserves the right to dispose of or destroy the product and consider the case closed. No storage charges will be applied, but the customer forfeits any further claims or requests for the product after the 14-day period.

9. Product Image Disclaimer

The images provided on the product details page may differ slightly from the actual product received. Sparestream strives to accurately depict the items; however, variations in appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes or product updates.

10. Return for Warranty Service

Before returning any product for warranty service, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The protective film and warranty seals on the LCD and touchscreen must be intact. Please check that the LCD or touchscreen is working before removing the protective film or warranty seals.
  • The protective film or warranty seal should not show signs of repositioning or tampering.
  • The product should not be physically damaged.
  • No modifications, adjustments, or misuse of the item should have occurred.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by carelessness, including but not limited to the ingress of foreign objects or liquids, electrostatic discharge, misuse of voltage, or other external factors.

Before sending items for warranty service, please contact our support team at support@sparestream.com to receive guidance on the warranty process and to discuss any issues regarding your product. Failure to contact our support team prior to returning an item may result in delays or complications with the warranty process.

The warranty provided is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Sparestream’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, and no other liability, including consequential or incidental damages, shall be incurred by Sparestream.
