Sparestream Out-of-Stock Policy
At Sparestream, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and product availability. However, due to the high volume of transactions and inventory fluctuations, we cannot guarantee that every item will be in stock at all times. While we make every effort to keep our inventory up to date, there are circumstances beyond our control that may lead to an item being out of stock after an order is placed.
Reasons for Out-of-Stock Items:
- The product was out of stock at the time the order was placed.
- All products were initially in stock when the order was confirmed, but one or more items went out of stock after payment was processed.
- The product was in stock, but failed quality inspection prior to shipment.
In the Event of an "Out-of-Stock" Situation, We Offer the Following Options:
- Partial Shipment with Backorder: We will process and ship the in-stock items from your order immediately. For any items that are out of stock, we will ship them to you as soon as they are available, at no additional shipping charge.
- Full Refund Option: If you prefer not to wait for the out-of-stock item(s) to become available, we will issue a full refund for the affected product(s) in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
