At Sparestream, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below to understand how returns are handled:
Sparestream allows returns on eligible products within a specified period, as outlined in the product’s individual warranty and return terms. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all packaging, seals, and accessories intact. Any items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return at all.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, the customer must first contact Sparestream’s customer support team at support@sparestream.com to receive authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to Sparestream. The customer must use a trackable shipping method to return the product to ensure that it is not lost or damaged during transit. Sparestream is not responsible for products that are lost, damaged, or otherwise compromised during the return shipping process.
Upon receipt of the returned product, Sparestream’s technicians will inspect and evaluate the product within ten (10) business days. The inspection will determine whether the return is valid based on the conditions outlined in our Warranty Terms. If the product meets the criteria for a valid return, Sparestream will initiate a refund or replacement, as appropriate, according to our Refund Policy.
Successful Returns: If the return is approved following the inspection, a refund will be initiated in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please note that the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment, and the processing time for refunds may take up to 5-7 business days, depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
Unsuccessful Returns: If the returned product is found to be ineligible for a refund, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense, and no refund will be issued.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to Sparestream. If a product is returned due to reasons beyond Sparestream’s control (such as compatibility issues), the return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Sparestream reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate this return policy at any time without prior notice. The return process, refund eligibility, and refund amounts are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Sparestream is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from returns or the lack thereof. By initiating a return, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy and acknowledges that all returns are subject to Sparestream's discretion and inspection.
