1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Sparestream utilizes a range of reliable shipping methods and carriers to ensure timely delivery of products. The choice of shipping method will depend on the product's size, weight, destination, and the shipping option selected by the customer at checkout. Available shipping carriers include, but are not limited to, domestic shipping services and other third-party logistics providers.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected shipping method, the destination, and the weight and dimensions of the ordered products. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before the customer finalizes the purchase.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within the standard business hours of Sparestream, typically Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed before 5 p.m. on a working day will be processed the same day, while orders placed after 5 p.m. will be processed the next day. Processing time may take 1-3 business days, depending on product availability and the shipping method selected. Customers will receive an email notification with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and the shipping method chosen. While Sparestream makes every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors outside of our control, such as delays with the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout; however, these are approximate and subject to change.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Sparestream only ships to addresses within the territories served by the selected shipping carriers. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight-forwarding addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Sparestream is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees arising from incorrect address information.

6. Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, the customer will receive tracking information via email. Sparestream is not responsible for tracking errors or delays caused by the carrier or issues arising from the tracking system. Customers should use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of their shipment.

7. Shipping Damage or Loss

Sparestream takes great care in packaging products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the event that a product is damaged during shipping or does not arrive, the customer must notify Sparestream within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Failure to do so may result in the inability to file a claim with the carrier. If the product is lost during shipment, Sparestream will assist the customer in filing a claim with the carrier. However, Sparestream is not liable for damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party shipping services.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Sparestream is not shipping internationally. In the near future, the policy will be updated whenever international shipping becomes available.

9. Shipping Delays and Force Majeure

Sparestream shall not be liable for any delay in shipment or delivery resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of nature, natural disasters, labor strikes, government actions, pandemics, or unforeseen shipping carrier delays. In such cases, delivery times may be extended, and Sparestream will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused.

10. Legal Disclaimer

Sparestream reserves the right to modify or update this shipping and delivery policy at any time without prior notice. All shipments are subject to availability, and Sparestream does not guarantee the availability of any product until it has been processed and shipped. Sparestream shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or additional expenses incurred as a result of shipping delays or misdirected shipments.
